He has over seventeen years of management experience in various sectors, which include Welfare to Work, HR, Consultancy and Health and Social Care, within Private and public Sector as well as not-for-profit organisations.
Patrick strives to support, coach and mentor his team to deliver exceptional, individualised care and support packages, with the aim of exceeding expectations of residents and their loved ones, adhering to New Century Care’s Visions and Values.
