- Ensure continued compliance with Food Safety Management Systems in line with Food Standards Agency guidelines of January 2007.
- To maintain compliance with documentation in the kitchen.
- To ensure a continued high standard of day-to-day cooking and cleanliness within the kitchen to meet environmental standards.
- To be an advocate of New Century Care.To work closely with the Head Chef/Cook & Home Manager.To present a professional image at all times.
- To maintain strict confidentiality at all time Continues.
- To ensure familiarisation with company policies and procedures.To work within the allocated kitchen budget.
- To ensure all equipment is maintained and in working order.In the absence of the Head Chef/Cook to visit residents on admission and weekly thereafter to discuss nutritional needs and food preferences
