We are seeking a professional, experienced and passionate Activities Co-ordinator to join our team. 

This role involves planning events and activities for elderly residents living at Hazelgrove Court.

For this role we are offering:

• Full time (30 hours)

• Ongoing support with training and development

• 28 days annual leave including bank holidays

• Uniform provided

Role requirements:

•To maintain high standards of activities to suit the residents

•To ensure that all activity equipment is maintained properly

•To maintain records for future planning/development of the Activities Programme

•To write reports on each resident and review objectives monthly

•To work within an activities budget and to maintain accurate records of expenditures

•To ensure familiarisation of Company Policies and Procedures

•To undertake all Mandatory Training requirements

•To utilise available Activity Toolkits and evidence how activities are provided and responded to

• To work within budget for Activity provision

•To organise fund-raising events and promote the home within the community and bring the community into the home

•Organise a programme of visiting entertainers and/or therapists appropriate to the resident need
