"We would like to thank all the staff at Aden Lodge for their kindess shown to my Mother during her stay with you, we would also like to thank you all for keeping us informed of any developments, we always felt that she was in safe hands"
"After just 2 weeks my Father requested to stay at Aden Lodge as a permanent resident. He feels safer than living alone and is full of praise for the staff, who he describes as helpful, caring and cheerful".
"As a regular visitor I appreciate being able to call in at anytime and have always been given a warm welcome by a wide range of staff as I walk through the home. Most importantly, my Father has gained weight and has become more mentally alert after just a few weeks. I have been kept informed of my Father’s progress at all times".
"Every time we visited, we were greeted with the utmost courtesy and consideration. We always got a smile and a greeting and that didn't matter whether it was management, nursing, caring, catering or cleaning staff. (Or even residents for that matter!) We were made to feel welcome. It cannot be easy when everybody wants personal attention. We would also like to personally thank you for making available a spare room to catch a few hours 'sleep' when we stayed overnight. Also, among many others, the catering and caring staff who were very quick to see if we wanted a drink or food to sustain us. Thank you also for making Dad's Christmas at Aden Lodge enjoyable. It was good to be able, as a family, to share Christmas with him".
