Congratulations for maintaining your 5 star excellent rating awarded by the RDB in November, 2011, Well done to all!
Here are the comments made by CQC:
Aaron Crest provides a caring and supportive environment, it is excellent in its provision of nursing care and residents informed CQC that Aaron Crest is a friendly happy home with a good atmosphere and provides excellent care and a third of residents advised CQC that Aaron Crest allows people choice in how they want to live their life and it provides a homely environment. The residents needs always come first.
CQC confirmed that the home was warm, clean and pleasant smelling. The communal areas were well furnished and tastefully decorated so that those choosing to spend their day in these areas could do in comfort. One person living at the home told CQC they were happy with their bedroom and that is was very comfortable.
We are delighted to be the regional winner in the Garden competition for New Century in Growth 2011.

Blessings
We have a local clergy who comes in once a week to give a blessing or holy communion. If any resident would like a visit please let the office or Debby Hoy know and we will arrange this for you. Could we all say a special prayer for 2 of our colleagues who have not been very well and let them both know we are thinking of them.
